Director
Prem Shahi is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas and a seasoned tax strategist with extensive experience in tax planning, compliance, and IRS representation. He specializes in Tax planning, retirement and estate planning, helping clients structure their finances with clarity, efficiency, and long-term vision. As a serial entrepreneur, he has provided leadership across multiple industries, including tax, insurance, consulting, healthcare, hospitality, and wholesale and retail groceries.
With a strong foundation in both technical accounting and business strategy, Prem combines financial expertise with real-world entrepreneurial insight to support clients, businesses, and family wealth planning goals. He is married to Lata Shahi and is a proud father of Prajwal and Aron.
